The series began by capturing the geometric forms and elements of some of the buildings at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto. Light and reflections are the central elements explored in responding to the architecture’s poetics and the geometries of the constructed forms. It is in the observation of the temporality of light/reflections, and in reimagining their realms within, that the series offers another appreciation of the FAUP spaces, one that provides the perspective of a graceful understanding through the distortions and abstractions of the buildings’ structures.
